Randy has 40 years of experience in the group insurance and benefits consulting industry. Over this time he has been a Regional Manager for a national insurer of group benefit programs and a Senior Vice President with one of Canada's largest benefit consulting firms. Randy is known for creative thinking and finding innovative solutions to clients needs thereby helping them realize their employee benefit program objectives.

Wade has 25 years in the group life, health and retirement business which include regional group sales management responsibilities for two major insurers in three provinces. Clients benefit from the knowledge Wade has acquired in the areas of plan design, underwriting and ongoing financial management of benefit programs which, combined with an analytical profile, leads to effective solutions that are properly implemented.

Gerry has 33 years of experience which includes 9 years as a Human Resources Manager, 7 years as a Regional Group Manager with two of Canada's largest insurers, and 12 years of consulting of which 9 were as Vice President of an international consulting firm. With this background he has an in depth knowledge of all aspects of employee benefits from both the insurer and user perspectives and therefore the ability to apply his expertise effectively to his clients' advantage. Gerry is always tenacious in his efforts to secure and maintain the best possible arrangements for his clients.

Maureen has over 10 years of experience in the employee benefit field. With her background as a client service representative she is a proactive, adaptable individual that possesses excellent customer service skills. She is an articulate and diplomatic communicator.
